What we built for Ionia Fitness
Ionia Fitness had trial pass leads, intake forms, and paid day-pass submissions coming in from different places. They now flow into one system automatically, so the staff can see where each potential member stands and respond faster.
In their words: "What used to be scattered across texts, emails, paper notes, and random conversations is now organized in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks." The full story, including what changed for their team, is in the case study.
Where an Ionia business usually starts
Most owners here wear several hats, and the admin work happens after hours. A good first project is usually small: one place for new inquiries, a text back when you miss a call, or a website that gives people a clear way to book.
We look at the tools you already pay for first. If a form and a spreadsheet will do the job, that's what I'll recommend.
Meeting in person
Since Fenwick is close by, I can sit down with you at your shop, gym, or office by appointment. Most of the build happens remotely after that, and you approve each piece before it goes live.
