Email inquiries

The contact form opens a draft in your email app with the details you entered. It does not submit those fields to a website form server. Review the draft and send it if you want Kevin to receive it. Information you send by email is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Avoid including passwords or private customer records.

Booking a call

Booking links take you to Calendly. If you book a call, Calendly processes the information you provide and makes the booking details available to AutomAI. See Calendly's privacy notice for its handling of that information.

Website analytics and campaign labels

The live website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and clicks on contact, booking, and demo links. Google Analytics can use cookies or similar identifiers and process information about your browser, device, and interactions. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The site's custom tracking excludes contact-form fields and query strings from its page-view events. It keeps selected campaign labels in your browser's session storage and can include those labels in an email draft or booking link so we can understand where an inquiry started. Loading pages and external assets also sends standard request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to the servers providing them.

Interactive previews

The chat, booking, review, and follow-up previews use sample interactions in your browser. These previews do not send a real message, create an appointment, or publish a review. Use sample details when exploring them.

Your choices and questions

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. External services have their own privacy controls.
