Connected business workflows

    Workflow automation and CRM integration

Move information between the tools your team already uses. We scope automations around a specific handoff, such as a new inquiry becoming an assigned CRM record and a clear follow-up task.

Free 30-minute call to discuss the task and a practical next step.

    Who this is for

Teams that copy the same information between systems or struggle to see who owns the next step.

    What we can build

    • CRM and calendar connections where supported
    • Lead routing and owner assignment
    • Follow-up rules with clear stopping conditions
    • Agreed invoice or payment-workflow handoffs
    • Exception handling and operating documentation

    Start with one repeated handoff

Map the trigger, required information, destination, and person responsible. That gives the workflow a concrete job and makes it possible to check whether it did the right thing.

For example, a new inquiry could create a CRM record and assign an owner. If the same request arrives twice, the workflow needs a rule for the duplicate instead of creating more work for the office.

    Define when automation should stop

A follow-up sequence needs to know when someone replied, booked, opted out, or asked for a person. Those events should change what happens next.

We also define what the team sees when a connection fails or required details are missing. A failed handoff should leave a visible task or exception, not disappear between systems.

    Questions before you start

    Can you connect any app?

No single integration works with every app. We check the available API, supported connector, or export route and the access your business has. The agreed scope identifies what can be connected.

Do we need to replace our CRM?

Not necessarily. We start with your current tools and process. A change of system should have a clear reason; connecting an existing tool may be enough.

How do we know a workflow saved time?

Measure the current task and compare it with the completed workflow, including the time spent on exceptions and review. We agree on the checks rather than assuming every automated step produces a saving.
